People involved in Horizon's plan were given a vaccine as were victims, but Vaccine 2 spread the virus killing the victims in a matter of days. Brightling planned to unleash it at the Olympics via the mist system to keep the audience and athletes cool. However Ding Chavez and his team found the person who was to unleash it and captured and interrogated him, saving 99% of the world who were to be killed by this deadly virus.
