NATO is a multinational organization smiliar to the United Nations and is known for their particiaption in several counter-terrorist activities and operations. It is also known for its participation during the Slobodan Milosevic crisis in Kosovo in the late 1990's.

NATO is an acronym for "North Atlantic Treaty Organization".
