The M1 (Super 90) is a semi-automatic shotgun manufactured by Benelli Arms SpA. The M1 is available in either pistol grip or standard stocks.[1]


The M1 is categorized as a shotgun in the Rainbow Six universe. The M1 appears in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield, and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow.

RAINBOW uses the Benelli M1 Tactical 12-Gauge, largely because its superb recoil characteristics enable a skilled operator to fire five rounds accurately in less than one second.
