Part two of a series of tests aimed at exploring everything you need to know about the suppressors in Rainbow Six | Siege! This video will cover an extended analysis of suppressed weapon damage including drop-off curves, damage from shooting through walls, hitting the legs and wall breaching capabilities. Furthermore the video will explore the significance of the damage reduction in terms of shots to kill for all of the various conditions explored in this video. The key takeaway from these tests is that the damage reduction from the suppressor is most tolerable when keeping to relatively close ranges for most guns.
Breaching capability is not changed by attaching a suppressor
Shooting through a wall will reduce weapon dmg by around 1/3 for a single layer, 1/2 for double layered surfaces
Leg shots reduce dmg by 25% for lvl. 1 & 2 armour and reduce dmg by 35% against lvl. 3 armour
