Randolph Crane is a character that appears in the Eagle Watch expansion of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six.
Biography[]
Randolph Crane has worked as an MI5 Operative since 1979. From 1980 to 1988, he worked to expose Eastern Bloc espionage within the British Government. As the Cold War wound down in the late 1980's he was assigned to investigate the activities of Irish paramilitary groups within the British Isles. He has been pursuing NOMAR since its inception and was instrumental in negotiating the release of 14 hostages in 1994 from Manchester market where two NOMAR terrorists had barricaded themselves. As of 2001, he is the London task force commander of MI5 counterintelligence.
Eagle Watch[]
On March 26, 2001, NOMAR terrorists stormed the British Houses of Parliament. The group then seized several international dignitaries and held them hostage within Big Ben. Randolph Crane served as an advisor to Rainbow about the group during their rescue attempt of the dignitaries.
