The Irish Loyalist Paramilitary is a terrorist organization that appears in the Urban Operations expansion of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear.
The term "Loyalist" collectively refers to a number of different protestant paramilitary organizations operating in Northern Ireland, including the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF), the Ulster Defence Association (UDA), and the Red Hand Commandos. The main objective of the Loyalist paramilitaries is to ensure that Northern Ireland remains within the United Kingdom. Their primary targets are members of rival Nationalist paramilitary groups such as the Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA) and the Irish National Liberation Army (INLA), although they have also struck directly at the Irish Roman Catholic community.
